Marketing Fish is a UK based digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow and find convertible prospects through website and social media content and ads.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a website manager to join our team at Marketing Fish. This role will primarily assist in the relaunch and maintenance of our new company website. In addition, in this role, you will routinely update and manage our clients’ website content.

This is a full-time role offering hybrid or fully-remote working, depending on the candidate’s circumstances and previous work setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain Marketing Fish’s website functionality, coordinate and update its content, features, and sections
  • Implement roadmap updates in line with company strategy, ensuring consistency in style and performance
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure adherence to business goals
  • Analyse the website’s performance and traffic and optimise for growth, working with SEO and heatmaps
  • Ensure website security and compliance with GDPR
  • Troubleshoot website issues promptly
  • You will also maintain and update content for our customers’ websites and troubleshoot quality and style issues where relevant

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven hands-on background in web technologies, web analytics and web management
  • Understanding of low-code website architecture and deployment
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Framer
  • Experience leading website optimisation and SEO
  • Understanding of user-centric design principles and UX
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience managing and owning Web products is a big plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS would also be an advantage
